What Three Oaks does.
Three Oaks provides review and challenge at investment, programme and project level. Our capability includes SOC, OBC and FBC business case assurance, programme health checks, gateway and delivery-readiness reviews, and assessment of governance and control frameworks.
We consider whether plans, resources, dependencies and benefits assumptions support the proposed approach. Findings focus on material concerns, their implications and the actions needed before commitment or implementation. Independence, review scope and reporting arrangements are agreed at the outset.
