Senior delivery and assurance experience in major banking environments sits alongside high-value bid and procurement work across other sectors. It strengthens our approach to evidence, financial and commercial controls, risk management, stakeholder decisions and accountable delivery.
CLIENT & PARTNER FEEDBACK
Steve identified improvements across the bus franchising programme, clarified future business and system requirements, and presented recommendations to senior stakeholders. Following this work, he was asked to lead the IT workstream and recruit a team of Business Analysts. He also supported systems procurement and maintained relationships across the Authority and third-party suppliers.
