Three Oaks acts as a delivery partner to larger consultancies, helping implement the strategy, business case, operating model or technical solution they have developed for their end client.
You retain your client relationship and advisory role. We add the programme leadership, specialist people and delivery capacity needed to turn the agreed approach into practical implementation.
We can join you at bid stage to shape a credible delivery offer, or mobilise once the client is ready to move into implementation. Our role can be an individual specialist, a coordinated delivery team or a defined work package under an agreed subcontract.

Whether you are commissioning Three Oaks directly or bringing us in as your delivery partner, we will work with you to define the support required, agree the scope and fees, and mobilise the right people. You do not need a completed brief to start the conversation.
Discuss what you need
Talk through the programme, its current stage, the immediate challenge, timescales and any gaps in leadership or capability.
Agree the proposal
We set out the recommended support, named roles or team, scope, deliverables, timescales and fees. We also agree responsibilities, reporting and the appropriate contracting route.
Mobilise and deliver
Once agreed, we confirm availability and start arrangements, establish the delivery plan and governance, and review progress with you through to handover or the next phase.
