- Led sovereign cloud delivery in the UK nuclear sector, directing four workstreams with more than 45 resources across a migration strategy covering over 70 applications and 50 technology services.
- Delivered workplace and infrastructure programmes for the Government Property Agency, including the migration of more than 360 personnel across London locations within five weeks.
- Recovered infrastructure delivery at the Home Office, including Wi-Fi transformation across over 80 locations, and re-established governance and financial controls across an inherited Urenco project portfolio.
